Terms and Conditions for Dance Festival Ticket Purchase

  1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket for the dance festival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  2. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified date(s) and event as indicated on the ticket.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with the organizer's policies. You have right to hand a ticket over or sell to another person. In this case you should let us know about a new owner by email [email protected].

  4. Event Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect without prior notice.

  5. Entry and Security: Admission to the event is subject to security checks. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates the event policies, endangers others, or behaves disruptively without refund.

  6. Age Restrictions: Certain events or areas may have age restrictions. It is the attendee's responsibility to comply with these restrictions and carry appropriate identification.

  7. Liability: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, or inconvenience incurred at the event.

  8. Photography and Recording: By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. The organizer reserves the right to use such material without compensation.

  9. Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, professional recording equipment, and any items deemed hazardous or disruptive are prohibited at the event premises.

  10. Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizer will communicate updates via the provided contact information or on the official event channels.

  11. Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations while attending the event.

  12. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
